Mid-Year Leadership Challenges
The Mid-Year Leadership Challenges (MYLCs) are the best opportunity for chapters, colonies, and interest groups to send a large number of members to an exciting Theta Chi event. Members have the opportunity to meet brothers from around your region, hear the latest news about Theta Chi Fraternity, learn some of the most up to date operational techniques, and learn some of the newest leadership development approaches.

Derenian President's Conference
Chapter presidents and other officers from across North America gather in Indianapolis during the second weekend in January to share in a unique leadership event, the B. Nelson Deranian President's Conference. This is a great opportunity to interact with Theta Chi Fraternity National Officers, volunteers, and undergraduates from across the Fraternity.

Chapter Leadership Conference
The Chapter Leadership Conference (CLC), held during odd-numbered years on university campuses around the country, is a living and learning experience for Theta Chi Fraternity undergraduates and alumnus members. The curriculum for the event includes a number of keynote presentations; operational and educational breakout sessions dealing with everything from recruitment to career skills; small group discussion meetings, and much, much more. Participants leave CLC with a greater sense of how our fraternity works on an International level and with the resources and skills needed to kick their organization into gear as they begin the fall term.
